Abstract Red Oval by Kathy K. McClellan is a digital image created for Day Two of the Thirty Day Red Challenge.
This abstract image started as a photograph of the inside of a garden shed. It originally showed different shades of green.
The photograph went through several different manipulations dividing areas of the photograph into geometric shapes. The final manipulation caused a color change from green to red.
Just as there were different shades and hues of green in the original image this piece includes shades and hues of red.
Through digital manipulation cool colors were warmed up to produce an image that will brighten any space.
