Description
Hurricane Katrina completely destroyed the bridge between Bay Saint Louis and Pass Christian, MS over the Bay of Saint Louis. Concrete barriers were erected on US Highway 90 to keep vehicles from driving off into the bay.
Nearly four months after the storm and one week before Christmas someone anonymously secured this decorated Christmas tree to the concrete barriers on the Bay Saint Louis side of the bay.
