Clark Clock Curved by Kathy K. McClellan is an image created for Day 130 of the Journal 2022 Challenge. This is a square image.
The Clark Clock is located in the Historic District of Tuscumbia, Alabama (USA). The clock was donated by the Clark Family in honor of the donors' parents.
I am calling the clock in this image Curved due to the abstracted treatment used to produce the final image. My photographic software has an adjustment called Curves which allows you to manipulate both the color and contrast of an image. There are at least thousands of different effects that can be achieved with that adjustment.
The final manipulation of this clock image gave it a dramatic, almost nighttime look to the clock and sky that fascinated me. I hope that it fascinates and captivates you, too.
