Description
French Quarter Balcony is a digitally enhanced photograph of a balcony in the French Quarter of New Orleans, LA.
This balcony caught my eye because it had nearly all of the charming aspects of French Quarter living. The double glassed, wooden doors with a stained glass transom open to a balcony big enough for outdoor seating. The period gas lantern stays lit at all times. The decorative ironwork railing is typical of period architecture in this area of New Orleans.
When you visit the French Quarter be sure and look up as you walk along it's old, historical streets. There is much beauty to see above the busy, tourist filled sidewalks.
