Sailing down the river and headed towards the Bay.
The colorful clouds signal the end of the day.
The sun lovers on the river will load up in their boats.
The chairs and towels and snacks and drinks and even all the floats.
A short period of dusk will precede the darkness of night.
And then the remaining sailors will have the need for lights.
This photograph was taken on the Jourdan River in Hancock County Mississippi. This area of the river is northwest of the city of Bay Saint Louis, MS where the river meets the Bay Of Saint Louis and just south of the Interstate 10 bridge over the river.
