Description
This image is a photograph that has been manipulated to simulate a painting.
The photograph was taken in the French Quarter of New Orleans, LA. This mule was one of many that pull carriages that are available to tourists.
The mule drawn carriages travel around the city to give the tourist the experience of how the residents once traveled around New Orleans. These tours are a slow paced, informative and entertaining way to see much of the older areas of the city.
