New Orleans Horsepower by Kathy K. McClellan is a photograph taken in New Orleans, Louisiana (USA).
There they were. Two Biella Scooters parked on the sidewalk on either side of a horse tie out and in front of a parking meter!
Scooters are convenient forms of transportation in urban settings. They are more fuel efficient, cheaper and have better maneuverability.
I do wonder, however, if they were parked on the sidewalk to avoid feeding the parking meters.
