Description
Meet Sally Seagull. She, along with Sammy Seagull, was a frequent diner on the Pier In Pink Sunset in Bay Saint Louis, MS pre-Katrina (Pier In Pink Sunset image is in the Sunset Gallery). Her dinner consisted of floating catfish food that was purchased and set out on the pier or the seawall every evening.

Yeah, but did she sell seashells on the sea shore? I used to think very little of seagulls before hearing the story in Salt Lake City when the seagulls swept in and gobbled up all the grasshoppers to save the crops for the early Mormon settlers. I guess they do have a purpose! Nice camera work here Kathy~DUG
