Snowman Family by Kathy K. McClellan is a Christmas card depicting a family of outdoor snowmen. These air filled, outdoor decorations have become quite popular in the United States.
One of my favorite holiday activities as a child was spending an evening riding around viewing other people's outdoor lights. There were no blow up figurines. People didn't have displays that lit up the entire block.
But the lights along the roof lines, doors and yard trees and the candle lights in each window were as joyous as any modern day decorations.
This Christmas card showing a modern, outdoor holiday display will delight the visual senses and perhaps even trigger a sweet memory of Christmases past.
