Thorny Oyster is the seafood restaurant at the Pearl Hotel in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi (USA), a boutique hotel on Beach Boulevard, across the street from beach. The hotel first opened on December 30th, 2020.
The Pearl is family owned with deep roots in Hancock County's oyster industry, making the hotel and restaurant's names very appropriate.
The Thorny Oyster, as well as the hotel lobby, shops and a cafe occupy the first floor of the four story building.
