Description
This photograph is from a street rod, a 1940 Ford Deluxe Coupe V8. It's dramatic chrome lines on the jet black metal caught my eye.
Over 7,000 antique and classic vehicles registered for Cruisin' The Coast 2014, a gathering of car enthusiasts that descend on the Mississippi Gulf Coast each fall. Many more came but did not register. From Ocean Springs, MS to Bay Saint Louis, MS the highways and byways are a feast for the eyes.
Each town has a venue and special activities for the locals and visitors alike. Swap meet, burn outs, parades and many more activities keep everyone busy during the event.

Love this!!! When I was younger my father owned a mechanic shop here in Midway, I worked there with him for most of my life, it was always a treat when we would have to go and get one of the older cars that were in the valley, I think the designing of those old cars was the best, to bad we have moved away from this kind of art in our cars, glad you are preserving it for us!!!
