This boat was seen numerous times in The Bay Of Saint Louis, in Bay Saint Louis, MS. The sleek exterior, tinted windows and lack of identifying registration numbers led most spectators to believe it was a Navy Stealth Boat.
A little research uncovered the fact that it was not a military boat at all. It was actually a privately owned boat built locally.
Another example of the saying, "Looks can be deceiving."

You can register your boat one time (instead of yrly) with the government (federal, I think) and allow the government to use your boat during a national crisis or war. Those registrations do not have to show ID numbers (if I'm not mistaken!). Thanks for the compliment, DUG.
