Hotel Balcony Railing by Kathy K. McClellan is a photographic image created for Day 258 of the 365 Challenge (Journal 2022).
I spotted this iron railing on the balcony of a boutique hotel in Nashville, Georgia (USA). I really liked the scroll shapes stacked on the upper portion of the railing as a decorative statement to this architectural feature.
After changing the image to Grayscale to take out the color in the background, I then put a warm, earth tone film filter on the image to age it without softening the image further.
