When you first view this image you see a sunset view of a beach with dune grasses growing along a sand ridge. The sky reveals the Belt Of Venus as the low angle of the sun produces pink and blue hues.
The setting sun gives the entire scene a pinkish gold look.
Zooming in on this image reveals the texture of the canvas on which the photograph was printed (entire, original photograph is "Sunset Sea Oats" in the Sunsets Collection).
In addition to the canvas texture shown, there are multiple types of textures in the photograph itself.
The choppy water contrasts with the smoothness of the sand while the feathered texture of the dune grasses provide yet another form of texture.
