Blue Feather by Kathy K. McClellan is an image created for Day 156 of the 365 Challenge (Journal 2022). This is a square image.

I named this horse Blue Feather obviously because he was such a pretty blue, including a mane of two shades of blue and white but also because of the feathers painted on his tack.

You can see the beautiful feather painted on his bridle but there are other feathers painted on his other accessories that are out of view in this photograph.

This horse is one of many on the carousel at Spring Park in Tuscumbia, Alabama (USA). I appreciated the artwork contained in that carousel and took many photographs of individual horses and their painted details.
