J Is For Journaling by Kathy K. McClellan is an image created for Day 41 of the Journal 2022 Challenge, a 365 day Personal Art Challenge. This is a square image with a black border.
My journal entries for February 2022 include upper case (capital) letters of the Modern English Alphabet as well as a description that relays information on the word chosen for that day's letter. These letters are created from used wine corks.
J is the tenth letter of the Modern English Alphabet, this image is being created and uploaded on the tenth day of the month and the word journaling contains ten letters.
Journaling is defined as:
(1) Filling in a log book.
(2) A record of experiences, events, thoughts and feelings, recorded on a regular basis.
(3) Keeping a diary.
I chose this particular word that starts with the letter J because that is what this Journal 2022 is about. It is about creating and uploading artwork every day for 365 days.
How appropriate that this image and description is being uploaded not only on the tenth day of the month but also on the same day of the week that I post my weekly blog post. My blog posts are a journal of my artwork as well as life in general.
