Simon, the fictional, digital snowman says, "Let It Snow". His real counterpart is made from large snowballs stacked one on the other. Simon, however, was made on a computer and does not rely on snow or cold temperatures to survive.
His black top hat features a red braided band and his chest is adorned with red flower buttons.
In this image, Simon's stick arms, with his branched fingers, are outstretched as an excited child would stand in the cold and yell, "Let It Snow!"
